FIVE SERIES

In The Take 5 Series we slow things down, each breath and movement done to a five second beat, turning our yoga practice into a moving meditation

This is a mental challenge, not a physical one. Over the course of 21 days we will breathe and move with purpose, building the skills to manage and reduce both stress and anxiety.

 

10 minute class will help you start your day focused and present, training our minds in moments of peace so that we can remain

calm in the chaos of our lives.
