About the Series
Welcome to the 7 Day Weighted Yoga Series! In this series we will be building strength, stamina & stability from head to toe! We'll take it day by day, sequence by sequence, with each day leading up to the next. We start each class by first doing yoga without weights, making sure we have the poses and sequence in our body before we add the resistance. Then we do our thing, grabbing the weights and going through that same sequence but with added resistance. At the end of these seven days you will feel stronger. I promise! The kind of strength that's challenging to build with either just yoga or strength training alone. This is a true fusion class. Often times when attempting more advanced poses, or variations of poses, we are either lacking flexibility or strength. This class will help you build the strength you need to go further in your practice.
