YOGA SERIES

At the end of these seven days you will feel stronger. I promise! The kind of strength that's challenging to build with either just yoga or strength training alone.

3 DAY FLOW
YOGA SERIES

This is the perfect series for those of you who love to move in your daily practice. Each day we flow through a brand new sequence getting our vinyasa on!

Over these three days we are building strength, stamina & stability in the middle of our bodies.

7 DAY MIAMI
YOGA SERIES

Each class includes 3 rounds of breathing exercises, yoga flows & balance challenges. First we breathe, then we move, then we balance!

5 DAY FLEXIBILITY
YOGA SERIES

In this series we’re building flexibility in our hamstrings, shoulders, hips, quads & back. We tackle each of these areas day by day through active and passive stretches. 

5 DAY BALANCE
YOGA SERIES

In this series we will of course do a lot of standing on one leg. But, we'll also focus on creating strong anchors within each pose that help us maintain our balance.

5 DAY STRENGTH
YOGA SERIES

Building strength by holding poses...most likely longer than either you or I want to. Each day we take it pose by pose, holding each pose for approximately one minute. 

7 DAY BEGINNER
YOGA SERIES

Learn to practice yoga one pose at a time. In take the top 25 yoga poses you'll find in pretty much any yoga class around the world and break each down.
