Hawaii Series Day 2: Core
Shot in Wailea, with West Maui in the distance, in Day 2 we turn the focus to Core, making sure those 2020 pandemic bellies are gone for good! We kick things off on our hands and knees both activating the front of our bodies while we warm up our backs. From there we move into a modified side plank, setting the stage for more challenging variations to come. From there we flow through a Warrior One, Warrior Two, Extended Side Angle, Triangle & Half Moon Series, using our core to stabilize each pose. The HIIT drills are super focused in this class, on the Core of course!
