Hawaii Series Day 10: Flexibility
We made it...day 10! Shot on Oahu in Waikiki, with the Hilton Lagoon as our backdrop, we wrap up the Hawaii Yoga Series by turning the focus back to Flexibility one more time, specifically creating space in our hamstrings and shoulders. We kick things off in Down Dog, warming things up. From there we do two back to back hamstring focused sequences, flowing through Standing Split, Warrior One, Warrior Three, Pyramid Pose & Half Moon. We find variations in both Warrior One & Half Moon that gives our shoulders a great stretch. We wrap things off in a standing pigeon, giving the hips a little love, and stretching the shoulders one last time. Thanks so much for joining me in this 10 Day Yoga Series.
