NEW YEAR KICK OFF

31 DAYS OF YOGA

The New Year Kick Off, 31 Days of Yoga for every day in January. Each day brings a new physical practice with a focus on strength, core, balance, flexibility & weights. And at the end of each workout there's an added, totally doable 'to-do', for your mind, your heart, or your soul. Because for the New Year, especially after 2020, we could all use a little extra personal umph! Free for members.

Below is the focus for each day. The workouts are approximately 15-20 minutes long.
