Yoga with Weights Class
Using light weights in our practice to build strength, stamina & stability.

We kick each Yoga with Weights class off by first doing yoga without weights, previewing poses we'll be adding resistance to later. Then we jump in with the weights. When we do yoga with weights, we're building strength, stamina and stability, period. No weights? No problem. Be creative. Water bottles, wine bottles, cans (I've seen pumpkins!), anything that provides resistance works.
