Service Description

In this one hour workshop we'll focus on building strong foundations in inversions and arm balances, specifically headstand, handstand, forearm stand & crow. After a quick warmup we dive in, taking each pose step by step, helping you to balance longer and with more ease. You will need wall space for this workshop!
