A focused 7 Day Yoga Series shot in three different sections or 'rounds'. Each class includes 3 breathing exercises, 3 yoga flows & 3 balance challenges.
Each Hiit & Run Yoga class is focused, with an emphasis on strength, balance, core, cardio & flexibility, giving you the kick in the ass when you need it and a little TLC when we've pushed it to the limit. The perfect combination of alignment and flow.
Classes include both standing and seated poses, HIIT drills (High Intensive Interval Training) & optional inversions.
