Napa Yoga Bootcamp Challenge
Napa Bootcamp: Day 1
Day 1 Kicks off the 5 Day Napa Yoga Bootcamp Series! We kick things off in Down Dog, which will be our beginning for all 5 days. After a short warmup we dive into our first HIIT drill, mountain climbers! Then we alternate for the ret of the workout between short strength focused sequences and HIIT drills. If you can, rather than replace your normal workout with this class, add this class ON to your normal routine. Do more. Get in shape.
Napa Bootcamp: Day 2
Day 2 of the Napa Bootcamp Series! We kick things off again in Down Dog, taking a moment to warm our bodies up, especially the upper body. After a short flow, we dive into our first HIIT drill, Burpees, probably my least favorite drill on the planet! From there we again alternate between short yoga sequences and HIIT drills. I really loved the sequencing in Day 2, especially the Half Moon and Rotated Half Moon sections!
Napa Bootcamp: Day 3
Welcome to Day 3 of the Napa Bootcamp Series, where the whole point is to get in shape, period! We start again in Down Dog, and after a short warmup dive into our first HIIT drill, Mountain Climbers. From there we again alternate between short sequences and HIIT drills. Today we give the arms a little break keeping the focus on our lower body today. I really loved the Crescent into Warrior 3 sequence that includes one legged squats and twists. You'll feel this tomorrow!
Napa Bootcamp: Day 4
Day 4 in the Napa Yoga Bootcamp Series, and I'm taking a little break from the sun...damn it's hot here! We kick things off in Down Dog, focused on warming up our arms and shoulders. From there we dive into our first upper body HIIT drill, going from plank into dolphin. Then we again alternate between short yoga sequences and HIIT drills. I especially loved the Warrior One, Lunge, Warrior Three sequence in this workout. Lots of balance and focus is needed to make it through this one :)
Napa Bootcamp: Day 5
We made it! Day 5 in the Napa Yoga Bootcamp Series! We wrap things off the way we started, in Down Dog. From there after a short warmup we make our way to our first Core focused HIIT drill, Bicycle Crunches. Then we do our thing again, alternating between short yoga sequences and HIIT drills. I especially loved the lunge into a standing twists from side to side sequence! Ok, love is a little too strong cause it's damn hard, but it sure does the job.
