About the Series
I've rereleased my Holiday HIITS program! It starts today and runs through the end of December. Please jump in and get your yoga on over the holidays! Make it through the holidays one pose at a time. Holiday HIITS is designed to keep your yoga practice on track and consistent over the holidays. Consistency is the key. This series is designed to fit into your life, with options for 10, 20 or 30 minute workouts every day. If you're crazy busy and have just 10 minutes to exercise do Round 1. More time? Add on Round 2. Or if you have the time (and energy) do all 3 Rounds. Be consistent now, during the craziest time of the year and you can be consistent anytime. And you know those New Year's Resolutions you talk about each January? They will be that much more attainable.
