TNS BE GRATEFUL YOGA CLASSES

This 30 minute TNS Be Grateful Yoga class is broken down into three separate sections, giving you options for doing yoga depending on the time you have available.

 

We kick each section off with a breathing exercise, meant to calm our minds, relax our bodies, and help of focus. From there we dive into a short yoga sequence focusing on movement and flexibility, the stuff that makes you feel good. Enjoy!
