    Kathy! So this is always something I've always wanted to do - coupling in person sessions with workouts I shoot that you can do on the off days. And if you're cool...I'd love to start this with you! We'd focus on strength & cardio in these workouts, with of course flexibility built into each :)
    Workout One

    Workout One

    This is a 30 minute workout I designed for you to do once or even twice a week on your own. The focus is on building strength and stability, especially in your core. It's a combo of yoga without weights, and then adding resistance. I've chunked the workout into 5-7 minute sections, with a HIIT drill at the end of each. It'll fly by :)
