THREE ROUNDS:
7 DAY YOGA SERIES
A focused 7 Day Yoga Series shot in three different sections or 'rounds'. Each class includes 3 breathing exercises, 3 yoga flows & 3 balance challenges.

ZOOM YOGA CLASSES
I work with you weekly to perfect your form and alignment in a small group setting, helping you build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence.
Then put your skills to the test in On Demand Classes, the Yoga in the City Series, 25 Day Yoga Tune Up and more.
